Because of the quality and QC of Enduro bearings products, we get very few returns or warranty items that we need to repair or replace. For the bearing industry in general, no manufacturer offers any warranty for bearings after installation because of the many variables involved such as other manufacturer’s tolerances that the bearings are fitted into, improper tools used during installation, long intervals between lubrication, and many other reasons too long to list here.

However, we do stand behind our product and if you feel there has been an untimely failure or performance issue for the bearing, we have a program to repair or replace the bearing and/or bearing component as long as proper installation and service has been proven and performed.  First, you must contact the Enduro bearings Tech Department through the info@endurobearings.com email. You must provide a copy of your original receipt of purchase for the bearings or bearing component along with a brief explanation of the problem and contact info for shop installation and service. After you receive an Return Authorization Number (RMA) from us, the product must be shipped to us for evaluation. Once we receive it, we will evaluate and contact you in a timely manner for resolution of the problem.  If any product found to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Enduro bearings.

Enduro bearings Tool Warranty:

All Enduro bearings' tools have a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
 
Enduro bearings warrants its tools to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 2 years after original purchase. This warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable. Claims under this warranty must be made through the retailer/channel where the tool was purchased. Original proof of purchase is required.
 

All warranty tools must be sent back for inspection. To begin the warranty process and receive an RMA#, please email  info@endurobearings.com and include the following items:

The original sales receipt or invoice.
A brief description of the warranty issue.
A photo of the product and its warranty issue.
Freight charges for items returned to Enduro bearings are the responsibility of the customer.
 
Limitations of Warranty
 

This warranty does not apply to products incorrectly installed and/or adjusted according to the respective Enduro bearings installation instructions/owner manual. Failure to use correct installation or removal tools will result in damage not covered by warranty

This warranty does not apply to damage to the product caused by impact, abuse of the product, or unusual installations resulting in subjecting the product to excessive forces beyond its design.

This warranty does not apply when the product has been modified in any way.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear. Wear and tear parts are subject to damage as a result of normal use. We reserve the right to refuse warranty or service the product at a reasonable labor rate.

The 2 year warranty is issued at the Enduro bearings' discretion. We disclaim all liability for product defect or failure. Claims from normal wear, product misuse, abuse, product modification, improper product selection, non-compliance with any codes, or misappropriation will void all warranty.

XD-15 Individual Bearings: 2 Years

All Ceramic Hybrid Individual Bearings: 1 Year

All Steel Individual Bearings: 1 Year

Ceramic Hybrid Components: 1 Year

Steel Components: 1 Year

Tools: 2 Years
