Because of the quality and QC of Enduro bearings products, we get very few returns or warranty items that we need to repair or replace. For the bearing industry in general, no manufacturer offers any warranty for bearings after installation because of the many variables involved such as other manufacturer’s tolerances that the bearings are fitted into, improper tools used during installation, long intervals between lubrication, and many other reasons too long to list here.
However, we do stand behind our product and if you feel there has been an untimely failure or performance issue for the bearing, we have a program to repair or replace the bearing and/or bearing component as long as proper installation and service has been proven and performed. First, you must contact the Enduro bearings Tech Department through the firstname.lastname@example.org email. You must provide a copy of your original receipt of purchase for the bearings or bearing component along with a brief explanation of the problem and contact info for shop installation and service. After you receive an Return Authorization Number (RMA) from us, the product must be shipped to us for evaluation. Once we receive it, we will evaluate and contact you in a timely manner for resolution of the problem. If any product found to be defective in material and/or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Enduro bearings.
